Twelve Marks of Christmas!

Bookmarks, that is!  Just in time for all those Kris Kringle and Secret Santa games, I'm bringing back 12 of my all-time fave bookmarks

Download the images, print on card stock, laminate with contact paper, cut out (be careful!), punch a hole on top, then add ribbons and beads and anything else you please!  Use them as give-aways, gifts and stocking stuffers! And treat yourself to your fave as well!

'Tis My Tudy Tidings Treat To You!

A Tudy Truism

No matter how you wear it,

or word it,
saying, "Thanks!" will always be in style!

Happy Thanksgiving to One and All!

From 2-D to 3-D and beyond!

Have you watched a 3-D movie yet?  Were you thrilled and surprised and did you reach out your hand to grab something?  Or did your head hurt!!!  Whatever your reaction, isn't it amazing how our favorite stories start on paper, jump to the silver screen and now, jump at you from the screen!?!  It's called stereoscopy and it's all about creating the illusion of depth!  The science behind it is fascinating, specially when you realize that it's all about the red and blue!  So here's a cool link to get you started on making your own paper 3-D glasses, from your forever 2-D girl, Tudy (that's me!)

Tudy on the PINK Carpet!

It's Red Carpet season!  This month all our fave actors will be sashaying in fabulous formals!  My bets for best picture? UP and Avatar!

But for TudyGirls that means it's Pink Carpet season!  Time to channel your inner fashionista without spending a lot!  Design your own clothes!  Grab a sketchbook and pencil and let your imagination run wild!  Use your Tudydoll as your mannequin du jour - print her in her basic swimsuit, cut her out and copy her shape onto a blank sheet and let your design sense do the rest.  Or click on over to Tudy Couture and use the templates to help you get started.  Then color and embellish as you please!  This could be the start of something BIG!

Tudy's Think Tank

It's all about the SALE, right?  It's the sign of our times!  But there are sales and then there are real sales.  Case in point:  you've been eyeing those gym shoes since (OMG!!!) last year's Thanksgiving sale.  The price of those shoes were discounted at 30% then. Now with spring around the corner, they've been discounted another 20%.  Would you have saved more on those gym shoes with a single discount of 50%?
(Tudy Tip: a single 50% discount is way cheaper! And, speaking of savings - making your own cards is way-out-there cheaper, so check out Tudy Tidings for a real deal!)

Green is IN!

Everyone's talking GREEN and I'm loving it! So here's a Tudy Was Framed photo frame to capture that environmental and ecological feel! You know the drill - download, resize and cut out (be careful!)! Get your photo albums and scrapbooks into the Green Groove!

Heart-felt Heart-frame

Here's my Y-felt Tudy Frame for the month of Ys! You know the drill - download the image, resize to fit your pic, and cut out (be careful!). I just Y it!

Tudy Tidings to YOU!

YOU Dress Up MY Holidays!

Download, print, and spread the holiday cheer!

It's the best dressed season of the year!

Make Halloween Count!

Go Trick-or-Treating for UNICEF! Create your own coin canister with this downloadable, canister wrapper. Get into spirit (how about a do-good angel or a grant-a-wish fairy?) and go door-to-door for UNICEF this Halloween. Instead of treats, ask for donations to help UNICEF fight poverty by getting water, education, and medicine to kids who need it most!

UNICEF, or the United Nations Children's Fund, has been helping kids around the world for more than 50 years. And isn't it great that anyone, even kids, can help raise money to stave off poverty? Remember, just 6 cents provides water and $2.00 provides nutrition for one needy child. So it's easy, and this Halloween, it's even frightfully fun!

Trick or Treat for UNICEF! Because every boy, girl, and ghoul counts!

Icon-ic Tudy

BTW, one of my favorite Tudy Icons is my shopping bags! It's a picture perfect image of retail therapy (aka shopping!!!) and those crazy, lazy, "let's-just-hang-out-in-the mall-'cuz-it's-too-hot-to do-anything" days! So what better way to scrapbook an icon than to add it to my Tudy Frames! You know the drill - download the images, resize to fit your pics, and cut out (be careful!). So what are you waiting for, Tudygirls, click on and get framed!

Furrific, Purrific, and Featherrific...

You know the drill - download the images, resize to fit the pictures you want framed, and cut out (be careful!). Use a cutter and cutting mat for this project for best results! Get framed!

The Meaning of the Rose...

More Tudy Was Framed! photo frames - this time, they're all abloom with Tudy Roses!

In Victorian times (that's when the United Kingdom was ruled by Queen Victoria from 1837 to 1901!), symbols were used to send messages (sort of like emoticons ;->). Even flowers were given meanings, and sometimes the specific color of a flower gave it a different meaning! Like the red rose means love, but the pink rose means admiration, appreciation and even joyfullness!

So surround your favorite photos with the message of the Tudy Roses! Plus, pink gives everyone a rosy glow anyway! You know the drill - download the images, resize to fit the pictures you want framed, and cut out (be careful!). Use a cutter and cutting mat for this project for best results! Get framed!

I'll "Tumbler" For Ya!

It's Earth Week 2008! So here's a Tudy Tip to help save the only planet we call home:

Take a Tumbler!

Every time you go out for a juice shake, a soda, or a cup of coffee, Take a Tumbler with you and say NO to disposable paper, plastic or styrofoam cups! Request the server to fill-up your tumbler instead! Not only do you help reduce the amount of trash, most shops will actually give you a discount for using your own tumbler! How smart is that?

And since this is a Tudy Tip for Earth Day, how could Woofy, Meowry and Kawaii not get into the act? Design your own Tudy Tumblers with the TudyPets! Check out Tudy Tips for the how-to. Not only do you take them home with you, now, you can take them out with you!

Any more ideas for Earth Day?

Tudy Stripes

Here's my first set of Tudy Was Framed! photo frames - Tudy Stripes!

I just love stripes! They define and focus attention. Just remember that horizontals widen and verticals lengthen. Its a trick you can use in crafting, fashion and even interior design!

So here's the drill - download the images, resize to fit the pictures you want framed, and cut-out (be careful!). Use a cutter and cutting mat for this project for best results! Get framed!

I Was Framed!

I love scrapbooks and photo albums! They keep precious memories safe and close to your heart (which is a Truly Tudy Thing!)! So I'm really excited about my new project - Tah!Dah! - Tudy Photo Frames! I'll be posting Tudy Was Framed! photo frames and mattes every month. You can download the images, resize them, print them, and cut them out (as always, be careful!). The original images fit 4x6 photos, but you can resize them using your computer. And it's best to use a cutter and self-healing cutting mat (which you can get from any craft store) for this project.

Decorate your scrapbooks and albums as you please! Keep posted and get framed!

The Book(mark) of the Month

Every month I come out with a new Tudy Bookmark! All you have to do is download the image while its still on line, print on card stock, laminate with contact paper (get this from any stationery store), cut out (be careful!), punch a hole on top, and add a matching ribbon. Start a bookmark collection, or give away to family and friends! But keep posted! They only last a month!
